- 1 lb Asparagus
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Pre-heat oven to 425°F
- Cut the woody ends off of the asparagus and place them into a Glass Baking Dish.
- Drizzle the Olive Oil (feel free to use coconut oil too!) over the Asparagus and sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, Parmesan, and Garlic. Stir until evenly coated.
- Bake 8 minutes, remove and enjoy!
