Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F
  2. Cut the woody ends off of the asparagus and place them into a Glass Baking Dish.
  3. Drizzle the Olive Oil (feel free to use coconut oil too!) over the Asparagus and sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, Parmesan, and Garlic. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Bake 8 minutes, remove and enjoy!
