Chocolate Almond Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups of old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup of ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon of black chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup of raw honey
  • ½ cup of almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Form energy bite mixture into 1″ balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
