We specialize in helping women and men in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70+ reclaim their health and fitness so they can live life to the fullest. We have been in business since 2010 and are proud to be changing lives in our community.
Movimento Fitness is not a typical gym, we provide customized training, nutrition education, support, accountability, and assessments to provide a premium wellness solution. We get to know every member personally and support them to improve their health and achieve their goals. To be part of our team you MUST be obsessed with delivering an exceptional experience.
