You don’t have time to mess around with fitness and nutrition programs that don’t work. You can’t stand the typical overcrowded, dirty, and intimidating “gym” setting where everyone seems more concerned about how they look while they exercise vs. actually how well they exercise. We specialize in providing personal training services for everyday men and women, primarily between 35-65 years old, that lead busy professional and family lives. We offer our industry leading Semi-Private Personal Training – our most popular training service – in addition to premium 1-to-1 Personal Training. Our programs are designed to provide you with the guidance and the tools you need to see serious lasting results all in an amazing, non-intimidating “family-like” environment you’ll want to call home.

Programs Designed For You

Personal program design based around your needs and fitness level with a new program built regularly to progress you safely and efficiently towards your goals. Your trainer will be with you at every session to lead you through your workouts, ensure correct form, instruct on proper equipment use, keep you safe and motivate you to your best.

Recipes, Meal Plans & Done-For-You Tools

We include nutritional guidance to help boost your energy, feel better and lose those extra pounds as needed. You’re busy, so our family friendly done-for-you meal plans and recipes will get you started on the right foot fast! We even have additional options for you to be privately coached in our nutrition programs where clients have changed their lives forever.

Ongoing Accountability

Regular check-in’s will make sure you are on track to reach your goals. We track your progress so you can see all of the improvements you are making.

In-and-out in under 1hr

Your session will focus on challenging but appropriate strength training to help you burn fat, build lean muscle tone, and improve your strength. Each session incorporates tailored cardio training to boost your metabolism. No need to spend hours in the gym to see results! We will have you in and out – and sweating – in under 1hr.

Between 2 – 4 Weekly Visits

We provide structured training packages where you can pick between 2 – 4 visits per week. We don’t sell sessions that you can use here-and-there because that doesn’t give you the structure, consistency, and accountability that will get you the results you want!

Scheduling Flexibility

We are open all day on weekdays from 5:45am to 8:00pm and on Saturday mornings. Session start times are available throughout the day and you can book either a reoccurring schedule or change your times week-to-week.

Growing up in my 20’s I was always an active guy playing sports and going to the gym. Fast forward 25 years and I hate to admit it but I have fallen off track. I’m putting on weight, my suits are getting tighter, and I am starting to feel my age. Nagging aches and pains and just overall feeling out of energy have me saying no to more things than I used to. I have never been the guy to sit anything out and I never want to feel like I am not at my best. I have a gym membership to workout on my own, but I hardly ever go, and to be honest I probably don’t know as much as I need to about working out as I have hurt myself a few times. I love being active, always have! I grew up as a competitive dancer and have played recreational sports as an adult for years. Two years ago I hurt my shoulder playing baseball and I just recently had my first baby. I have been struggling to find an exercise program that works for me. You DO need a fitness professional that can design your individual programs correctly, coach you through your workouts, ensure your form is right and keep you motivated – but you DON’T need or want your trainer to count every rep.

Best for you if you have been somewhat active before but need to shake things up. You don’t want to figure out what to do on your own and you want a motivating community to help you stick to your fitness routine, get your workouts done and get the body and health you want. This is the best fit for you if you’re 100% brand new to working out or have some serious injuries or health concerns.
