You ever looked at someone and said “how do I get really nice toned arms like that?”
First things first. In order to get a nice lean overall look, our bodies need to have a lower % of body fat. I’m not talking about looking like a starving model here. I’m referring to eating smart and eating right 90-95% of the time, drinking lots of water, exercising 4-5 days a week and getting adequate sleep. Sound good? Awesome! Enough of that let’s get in to it.
Perform the following arm blasting routine every 2 days for the next 4-5 weeks and make sure to include 5 burpees in between your sets. This will get your heart rate up and will put some “FLEX” on those arms. Rest as little as 15-30 seconds for every set. Let’s get to it:
Start by having feet shoulder width apart and perform
1) Dumbbell Bicep curls 2 sets of 15 Reps
2) Dumbbell bent over triceps kickbacks 2 sets of 15 Reps
3) Alternating Standing hammer curls 2 sets of 15 Reps
4) Triceps Band pull downs (double or single grip) 2 sets of 15 Reps
Finish your routine by holding a plank (only 1 set/1 time), with a slight bent in the arms and hold and FLEX arms for full 45 seconds 🙂
Eat well consistently, rest plenty and repeat this great arm workout every 2 days for 4-5 weeks 🙂 Enjoy!!
