To Cancel a Training Appointment:
>> Click on “My Account” above the calendar
>> Sign in with the username and password we have provided you with
>> Go to “Schedule” on the far left
>> Click “Cancel” beside the booking that you cannot attend
NOTE: Only appointments cancelled with at least 8hrs notice are available to be rebooked as a Make-up
To Schedule a Make-Up
>> Make-ups can only be booked 7 days in advance. You will only be able to see the next upcoming 7 days in the schedule.
>> To see the available times click on a dates and hit the “search” button
>> Click on your desired time and sign in to book
>> This schedule updates frequently so check back if you do not see your desired time
>> If you get an error message that the time you have chosen is “not available to be booked online” you do not have any available make-ups on your account to book. If you get an error that the time you have chosen is “no longer available” someone else has just booked that same time and it is now taken OR it is less than 3 hours before the start time of that spot. We do not allow bookings less than 3 hours before the start time, this helps our coaches always be prepared and ready for you
