1 slice sprouted grain bread, toasted
1/2 an avocado mashed
Olive oil cooking spray
1 large Omega-3 egg
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Hot sauce (optional)
Heat a skillet over low heat, spray with olive oil cooking spray and gently crack the egg into the skillet. Cook to your desired doneness. While the egg is cooking, mash the avocado in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Spread mashed avocado over toast, top with egg, and hot sauce if desired! Serve with additional fruit or vegetables for a complete healthy breakfast!
