We specialize in 50+ Age Empowered Strength Training to help our members reclaim their health and fitness so they can live life to the fullest. We have been in business since 2010 and are proud to be changing lives in our community.
Movimento Fitness is not a typical gym, we provide customized training, nutrition education, support, accountability, and assessments to provide a premium wellness solution.
