Ingredients:
3 corn or whole grain tortillas
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup kale, chopped
1/2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/4 red pepper, sliced
1/4 cup feta, crumbled
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tortillas on a baking tray and top with tomato sauce. Do not over sauce. Add the kale, tomatoes, pepper and feta on top of the tomato sauce. Place in the oven for 5 minutes to slightly cook.
