Peanut Butter Snack Balls
(no cooking required)
1 cup large flake rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup banana chips, finely chopped
½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
¼ cup liquid honey
Mix all together in a large bowl
Chill until firm, about 30 minutes
Roll by 2 tbsp into balls
